2. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data obtained by the Controller in the course of fulfilling your order.
The Controller processes your identification and contact data, as well as data necessary for the performance of the contract.
3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:

The performance of a contract between you and the Controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, in cases where no order has been placed.
The purposes of personal data processing are:

To process your order and to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.
When placing an order, personal data required for successful order processing (such as your name and contact details) are requested.
Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract; without providing them, it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract. -
To send commercial communications and carry out other marketing activities.
The Controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Such processing is performed only with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention Period
The Controller retains personal data:

For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to enforce claims from such contractual relationships (for a period of 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).

For the period until the consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 10 years, if the processing is based on consent.
After the expiration of the retention period, the Controller will delete the personal data.

6. Personal Data Security
The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
Technical measures include, in particular, the protection of data storage and paper-based records, password protection of cloud storage, and restricted access granted only to authorized persons.
7. Final Provisions
By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Privacy Policy terms.
The Controller is entitled to amend these conditions.
