These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the online store www.learnsocials.eu, operated by LearnSocials.eu, Company ID (IČO): 21068780.
The Terms specify the rights and obligations of both the seller and the buyer.
By accessing and using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This is the latest version of the Terms of Service of learnsocials.eu, effective as of December 14, 2022.
1.1.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) govern, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from or based on a purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”) concluded between the Seller and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the Seller’s online store.
The online store is operated at learnsocials.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) via the website interface (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Interface of the Store”).
1.2.
These Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where the person intending to purchase goods from the Seller is a legal entity or a person acting within the scope of their business activities or independent professional practice when ordering goods.
1.3.
Provisions deviating from these Terms may be agreed upon in the Purchase Agreement.
Such deviations in the Purchase Agreement take precedence over the provisions of these Terms.
1.4.
The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.
The Purchase Agreement and the Terms are drawn up in the Czech language.
The Purchase Agreement may be concluded only in Czech.
1.5.
The Seller may amend or supplement the wording of these Terms.
Such changes do not affect rights and obligations arising during the validity of previous versions.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
2.1.
All product presentations displayed in the web interface of the store are for informational purposes only, and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a Purchase Agreement regarding such goods.
The provision of Section 1732 (2) of the Civil Code shall not apply.
2.2.
The web interface contains information about the goods, including prices and any costs related to returning goods that cannot be returned by ordinary postal means.
Product prices remain valid as long as they are displayed in the web interface.
This does not restrict the Seller’s right to conclude a Purchase Agreement under individually negotiated terms.
2.3.
To order goods, the Buyer fills out the order form in the web interface of the store.
The order form contains in particular:

The method of payment for the goods

Basic information about the Buyer
Before submitting the order, the Buyer is able to check and modify the data entered into the order form, including identifying and correcting input errors.
2.4.
The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the Purchase Agreement.
The Buyer bears the costs incurred from using remote communication in connection with concluding the Purchase Agreement (such as Internet connection or phone calls), which do not differ from the basic rate.
4. Changes to the Service and Prices
4.2.
Learnsocials.eu and its owner are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
5. General Terms
5.1.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
5.3.
Customer support for www.learnsocials.eu is provided only in Czech and English, exclusively via our contact form on the website.
You will always receive a reply by email.
We do not provide phone support.
5.4.
You may not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with learnsocials.eu or any of our services.
5.5.
Verbal, physical, written, or other threats of any kind directed by a customer toward an employee, member, or manager of learnsocials.eu will result in immediate termination of service without any right to a refund.
5.6.
You acknowledge that learnsocials.eu uses third-party vendors and hosting partners who provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technologies required to run the Service.
5.9.
Questions regarding these Terms and Conditions or other matters may be submitted through our website contact form, only in Czech or English.
5.10.
It is your sole responsibility to check whether these Terms of Service have changed.
6. Service Price and Payment Terms
6.1.
The Buyer may pay for the products and any associated delivery costs under the Purchase Agreement using the following methods:

By credit or debit card via the Stripe payment gateway

By Apple Pay via Stripe

By Google Pay via Stripe
6.2.
Any discounts granted by the Seller to the Buyer cannot be combined.
6.3.
If customary in business relations or required by law, the Seller shall issue an invoice to the Buyer for payments made under the Purchase Agreement.
The Seller is a VAT payer.
The invoice will be issued after the payment is received and sent electronically to the Buyer’s email address.
7. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
7.1.
In the event of withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement, the Seller will refund the funds received from the Buyer within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
7.2.
In cases where the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement under Section 1829 (1) of the Civil Code, the Seller is also entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement at any time before the goods are delivered to the Buyer.
In such a case, the Seller shall return the purchase price without undue delay, via bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.
8. Personal Data
8.1.
The Provider undertakes that all personal data obtained from the Buyer will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
